Rashad Cunningham

Rashad Cunningham was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and raised both there and in Brownsburg — the town he proudly calls home. He is a husband to Brittany, a father to Genesis, and a grandfather affectionately known as “PoppaShad” to his granddaughter Selah.

Rashad serves as the Spiritual Formation and Community Pastor at Church@Main, where he equips believers for relational discipleship that reaches beyond Sunday services and into the sacred spaces of everyday life. He is deeply committed to helping the Church rediscover discipleship as something that happens not just in pews and programs, but in personal, everyday spaces — sacred encounters shaped by trust, access, and authenticity.

Called to cross-cultural ministry, Rashad has a passion for building bridges across racial, cultural, and denominational lines. His ministry is shaped by honest stories of lessons learned, theological depth anchored in Scripture, and a transparency that meets people in their real-life struggles and questions.
